PROFESSIONAL STATEMENT

H2O TSL: we seek to be our client’s best service provider as we deliver professional services in a 1st world format against best practices and international standards. It is recognized that offering multiple services in key service sectors requires the highest levels of attention and competence.

Technical Department: It is our professional understanding that the integrity in collecting an environmental sample (water/food/soil/air) is the single most important component in achieving good quality results.

Laboratory Department: maintaining this integrity during handling, analysis and reporting are the other key components recognized by our company in providing our services to our clients. Accredited laboratories are used where possible for analysis of all samples collected. Our effective Quality Management System is in place to ensure the transparency in handling of samples.

Pest Control Division: pesticides and insecticides are handled in a manner which ensures the safety of the applicator, humans and pets which are within the environs being treated. Certified personnel and processes are always used in the application of pest control chemicals.

Corporate Head Office: Trained professionals are employed to handle the environmental aspect of our clients business by applying international standards and best practices in all cases. Our professional approach, customer service standard, interpretive reporting and cost effective service, are the things that distance us from our competitors.

Message from the Managing Director

H2O TSL has responded to the increasing demand for environmental technical services that is driven by the growing sensitization and recognition of the importance of protecting the environment in Jamaica through the monitoring of development activities. This company is strategically located on the North Coast to service most of the Tourism Product Development taking place in Jamaica [mainly hotels and attractions].

The H2O Technical Branch [Chemical & Microbiological Laboratories] provides cost effective and efficient testing for environmental samples at a faster turn-around time to that of other laboratories in Jamaica. The facility is located on the North Coast of Jamaica and will eventually have branches in other regions.

Additionally, it is my imperative to operate a company that follows best practices through a staff that is always professional in their approach in order to provide the highest quality service consistently. Guided by international standards, we seek to enhance our service and build a product suited to each client against international standards.
